Frequently asked questions
Where is my health data stored?
Locally on your smartphone – we have no access to it. If you wish, the app also backs up automatically to your own cloud (iCloud Drive or Google Drive). Only AI features that you explicitly trigger transmit the content you release to an EU service provider. See the privacy policy for details.
What is free, and what do Pro and Premium offer?
Free: medications with reminders, blood pressure and blood glucose (manual, including the blood pressure PDF), hydration, the health overview, backup and app lock. Pro (€0.99/month or €9.99/year) unlocks all other features without AI – such as diagnoses, documents, lab results, vaccinations, appointments and PDF reports. Premium (€2.99/month or €29.99/year) additionally includes all AI features such as medication scan, document summaries and vaccination recognition.
How does the free trial work?
Premium can be tried free for 14 days. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, the trial automatically converts into a paid subscription. The free features stay free anyway.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play and can be cancelled there at any time – on iPhone under Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, on Android in the Play Store → profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Is Orgando available for iPhone and Android?
Yes, with the same features. For a new device – even when switching between iPhone and Android – export your data under Settings → Data backup as a backup file (optionally encrypted) and import it on the new device. A subscription applies to the platform it was purchased on.
Where does the name Orgando come from?
From organizing – in Spanish, organizando means “organizing”. Orgando brings order to your health information: medications, results, vaccinations and appointments in one place.
Can I delete all my data?
Yes. In the app settings you can delete individual entries or all data completely. Uninstalling the app also removes all locally stored data.
Is Orgando a medical device?
No. Orgando is a digital organisation tool and does not provide diagnoses or treatment recommendations. For any health concerns, please consult a qualified professional.
